More adventures with printing wrapping paper...

For those of you that read my last post on printing wrapping paper, I know I said that vegetables would be next, but I saw these beautiful metal leaves at a National Trust property and thought they could make a stunning print.Β
Printing on a roll of white paper, I tried one leaf in green first - and they printed beautifully! Although, with nothing to hold on to, I quickly became covered in paint, which made everything quite messy!

Wrapped and ready to go! As you can see the paper wrapped really nicely ...

Next, I thought I'd try a blue leaf - not a traditional colour for a leaf but a beautiful print? Hopefully... Again, I ended up covered in paint, but I think they turned out really well!

Although the lighting makes the wrapped paper look like a different colour, they are actually the same and produced a really pretty present! I'm really happy :)

Now on to vegetables....
